Randolph Whitelaw
Randy Whitelaw is a recognized Trust-Owned
Life Insurance (TOLI) placement and
restructure expert. Randy manages all
TAC consulting engagements. He specializes
in product suitability and premium
adequacy evaluation, policy design
and underwriting, and policy restructure.
Randy has a corporate finance background.
He spent 18 years with a major bank
holding company working with its public
corporation and larger private business
clients. As Executive Vice President,
he managed the holding company’s
middle market business group including
the cross marketing of trust, investment,
and life insurance services.
In the mid-1980s, he founded a St.
Louis based consulting firm to specialize
in the unique management and business
continuity planning issues of larger
family businesses, affluent family
groups and family offices. In 1993,
he co-founded a fee-based third-party
TOLI administration company that developed
a national reputation among corporate
trustees and estate planning professionals.
In 2001, he and Liz Colosimo co-founded
Trust Asset Consultants, LLC. In 2004,
he and Liz Colosimo co-founded Life
Settlement Partners, LLC, a life settlement
and brokerage firm that specializes
in working with professional fiduciaries
and advisors.

Liz Colosimo is a Fiduciary Risk
Management Consultant. Her primary
role is to advance industry-wide awareness
of the legal and ethical issues that
challenge Trust-Owned Life Insurance
(TOLI) fiduciaries today.
After several years of environmental risk and remediation consulting, followed
by several more years of general civil litigation practice, Liz joined a nationally
recognized independent 3rd party administrator of TOLI policies. Presently,
Liz provides clients with risk management solutions that are legally defensible,
administratively feasible, time tested and essential to prudent TOLI management
and restructure.
Liz holds degrees in Professional Nursing, Health and Hospital Administration,
and Law. She is licensed to practice both Nursing and Law in the State of California.
Additionally, Liz is a dedicated university educator specializing in the studies
of Business Ethics, Law, Critical Thinking, Nursing, and Communications.
